This course introduces students to the fundamental principles of Project Management – a critical skill for anyone working in any business sector. It will discuss the importance of scope, time, cost, resource, communication, stakeholder, and risk management within a project environment. Relevant case studies will be used to provide context to the material discussed. Assignments and exercises will allow students to apply the skills learned in the course to a sample project [5 credits]
