Topics covered in this course will include project initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Following the PMI methodology, all ten knowledge areas will be covered, including: integration, scope, schedule, cost, HR, quality, risk, communication, procurement and stakeholder management. Students will learn how to analyze case studies and effectively use team work to develop strong planning and an analytical approach pertinent to project management [3 credits]
