Three-week course devoted to the integration of competencies, concepts and skills necessary for a successful transition to residency. It includes review sessions, workshops, simulation and small group learning offered in major clinical areas based on the AFMCs national Entrustable Professional Activities' (EPAs) and on the Licensure Examination of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC) objectives.
