This seminar course examines the unique legal position and perspectives of Indigenous peoples in Canadian and Indigenous law, specifically Aboriginal Title; Aboriginal and treaty rights, land claims and self-government agreements; the fiduciary obligations of federal and provincial governments; recognition of Indigenous legal orders and governance; and international developments.
