The internship proposal must be submitted to the Common Law Section for approval. Approval will only be granted if the Section is satisfied that the internship is pedagogically worthwhile for the student and that the organization or individual supervising the student understands its obligation to provide the student with a professional experience which will enhance the student s legal knowledge.
