Topics include welfare economics, demand estimation, benefit-cost analysis, survey design and administration, preference elicitation techniques, choice modelling, health valuation, and valuation of ecosystem services. Emphasis is placed on linking conceptual frameworks with best practice methods for empirical implementation.
