Will introduce some synchrotron specific imaging modalities such as K-edge subtraction, diffraction enhanced imaging, and phase contrast imaging with connections made to conventional imaging. The first part of the course will cover x-ray interactions, detection, dose estimation and source properties (conventional and synchrotron). Weekly hours: 3 Lecture hoursPermission of instructor required.
