The course will encompass practical aspects of geotechnical laboratory testing. It will include tests for determining index properties, strength and compressibility of soils and rocks. The course requirement will include critical review and discussion of test procedure and results as well as background literature. Weekly hours: 1 Lecture hours and 3 Practicum/Lab hours
