Introduces students to the theory and practice of effective business communication for specific audiences and purposes in a changing business environment. Students will apply reasoned, practical, and ethical principles to producing and evaluating typical business messages. Students will conduct research, produce a portfolio of memos, emails, and employment communication, and deliver oral presentations.
