Teaches inferential statistics, chi-square tests, analysis of variance, simple linear regression and correlation, multiple regression, nonparametric statistics, statistical decision theory, and some statistical applications in quality control. Spreadsheet-based statistical functions and/or computer programs will be used to demonstrate the concepts and theory and to analyze practical business situations.
