A preclinical lecture/ demonstration/ laboratory course introducing the student to the basic biomechanical principles of tooth restoration. The course emphasizes the development of manual dexterity skills using rotary and hand instruments. Attention is also given to the development of professional skills in terms of organization, tidiness and time management. The need for infection control is also introduced. Weekly hours: 2 Lecture hours and 3 Practicum/Lab hours
