In this course students will be introduced to Contemporary Cree Literacy Learning (CCLL) with the goal of improving their ability to use the language focusing on speaking, reading, writing and comprehension. Literacy will improve along with using visuals. Vocabulary will be built around these visuals. This CCLL method has proven to be effective at all language levels. Weekly hours: 3 Lecture hours and 1 Practicum/Lab hoursPrerequisite(s): Permission required. Restriction(s): Course only open to students in the Indigenous Language Certificate program.
