This course will offer student’s the opportunity to increase their understanding of the coaching aspects and physical requirements within the sport of Athletics (Track and Field). The course will center on expanding one’s understanding of coaching; combining elements of coaching theory and science, technical event skill development, and practical applications of the sport. Weekly hours: 3 Lecture hoursPrerequisite: KIN 121 and KIN 122 or KIN 146. Note: Students with credit for KINA 235 cannot receive credit for this course.
