Intended to provide students with an introduction to research methods and design in Kinesiology research. Content of the class includes basic principles of both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Emphasis will be placed on developing skills necessary for an effective research proposal. Weekly hours: 3 Lecture hours Prerequisite(s): STAT 245, PLSC 214, PSY 233 or an alternate undergraduate course in statistics, and KIN 380 or an alternate undergraduate course in research methods.
