We will examine topics such as the concept of aging, considerations in representing elders, housing, concepts of guardianship and substitute decision making, capacity and consent, healthcare directives, elder neglect and abuse and the role of the Public Trustee. Weekly hours: 2 Seminar/Discussion hours and 1 Reading hours
