An examination of the different vehicles that may be employed as alternatives to the corporation for the purpose of carrying on a business. The structures examined include the sole proprietorship, agency relationships, employer/employee relationships, partnership, co-ownerships, joint venture, non-profit corporation, limited partnership, business trust, co-operative corporation, limited liability partnerships, and franchise.
