Students will recognize, describe and apply the patient care process to simple patient cases. Students will explain and apply skills including patient counselling, patient interviewing, medication history gathering, using e-health technology, assessing a patient’s drug therapy needs, identifying drug therapy problems, creating care plans, monitoring, documentation, physical assessment, and communication skills.
