In a simulated practice environment students will extend the skills and methods of the patient care process to complex cases. Students will adapt their drug information gathering skills, prescription processing and checking skills, medication administration, and physical assessment skills in order to assess and respond to cases involving complex disease states and complex patient concerns. Students will practice and apply cumulative skills. Weekly hours: 3 Practicum/Lab hoursRestriction(s): Completion of Year 2 of the Pharm.D. Program. Prerequisite(s): PHAR 390.0.
