Applies quantitative and qualitative research methods to selected case study projects. Students will design a research framework, design any needed instruments, gather their data, and present results. Working in small groups, students will collect data using methods such as written surveys, content analysis, focus groups, and participant observation. Weekly hours: 1 Lecture hours and 2 Practicum/Lab hoursPrerequisite(s): GEOG 240 or GEOG 280. Restriction(s): Enrolment in the RUP program.
