A theoretical and practical examination of univariate statistical analyses. Topics will include: a review of basic concepts, hypothesis tests on means, power, correlation and regression (simple and multiple), ANOVA (simple, factorial, and repeated measures), multiple comparisons, ANCOVA, overview of general linear models, and chi-square tests. Through several computer assignments, students will develop the necessary experience to be competent at conducting and interpreting univariate statistical analyses. Weekly hours: 3 Lecture hours
