This course is intended to introduce veterinary students to what public health is and emphasize how public health is protected in Canada through various activities undertaken by both public and animal health professionals (whether in veterinary practice or other non-practice roles) by using real life examples. Restriction(s): Successful completion of Year 1 of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) Program.
