Using selected texts of diverse styles, this class surveys Czech grammar and introduces various aspects of syntax, composition and translation. Special attention will be paid to oral practice. (Offered every three years) In addition, we will examine several theoretical, historical and cultural aspects of national culture and international cinematography.
